Honoring Raoul Jerome Concert: November 18, 2025

Man-Oh-MAN, this is gonna be HUGE fun, Y’all!!  Larry Panella (Director of Jazz at The University of Southern Mississippi) has put together a wonderful event honoring the founder of the USM Jazz Program (and my own personal Guru DELUXE) Raoul Jerome! A new endowed scholarship in Raoul’s name has also been created.

The event will include a concert featuring me and the great Lou “Blue Lou” Marini (of Blues Brothers fame) with the USM Jazz Lab I. It’s going to be a night of swingin’ sonic frivolity and serious flubdubbery followed by an EPIC gathering of multiple alumni of Raoul’s amazing programs from over the years. Indeed, a good time will SHO NUFF be had by all!!

If you are in the ‘Burg, I hope to see you there. If not…ROAD TRIP!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
